Ayako Eguchi (Masami Ichikawa) is an aspiring weathercaster for a news program. She aims to be a full-fledged caster, and AD Tanaka (Yahiro Natsume) also aims to become a director, and they vowed to make a program together. On the other hand, the director Suzuki, who was driven into a slump in the audience rating, hijacked the program with a hypnotic ray and created an original news program.
